TexasMRC is accepting Letters of Intent for the 2015 grant cycle. LOI's are due by January 23, 2015. Letter of Intent
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued by invitation only to investigators that submitted a LOI to be reviewed by the TexasMRC Executive Committee. Proposals submitted without a LOI and the subsequent invitation to submit a RFP will not be reviewed. Submitted proposals will be evaluated using a 100-point system. Scoring will apply to the following proposal attributes: • Scientific/Scholarly Merit • Qualifications of the Investigators • Potential for External Funding
The total amount of funds available for this program is expected to be at least $750,000. The funding period is one year.

TexasMRC collaborators provide funds to initiate collaborative research between their institutions to develop medical technologies in critical health care areas. Proposed research programs should be in areas of interest to the TexasMRC Collaborative and suitable for sustained external funding (state, federal, private, etc.). The total amount of funds available for this program is expected to be at least $750,000. The funding period is one year.

TexasMRC notifies applicants who are invited to move forward on the application process after reviewing the letters of intent. Full proposals will be accepted by invitation only.
